Maxx Designers was founded in 2014 as a turn-key commercial design firm. Our range of services address all of our clients' commercial construction design needs.
We have a dedicated team of design professionals who cover a range of project types that we are able to offer.
Starting out from delivering design projects for interior builds, Maxx Designers has grown into varying markets in a short span of time and maintains a client base of: Franchises, Gas Stations, Retail Centers, Corporate & Industrial interiors, Salons and Spa and Medical Clinics.

INITIAL CONSULTATION/CONTRACT
Our initial consultation is FREE of cost. Here, we will sit down with you and go over your project's design needs.
We also go over the design process and items necessary to complete the design and permitting.
DESIGN PROCESS
A preliminary drawings based on initial consultation is submitted. Preliminary plans can include following:

Floor plan

Ceiling plan

Site plan

Elevations for your approval
Not all plans will have all of the above preliminary drawings. The preliminary process may also consist of interior designs and renderings if it is included in your contract.
PLAN SUBMITTAL/PERMITTING
We ensure submission of all necessary plans and required documents, to get your project approved by the city and state regulatory bodies.
If there is a need for re-submittal, we meet with plan reviewers to review the comments to make sure the comments are fully addressed.
APPROVED-READY TO CONSTRUCT
Once plans are approved, we have a construction management company to handle your project from start to finish.
We provide turn-key construction services on projects of new construction, interior build-outs, & any major commercial remodel.
